December 2023 Updates

We are adding to our 2024 Ironman World Championships qualifying team every month! Congratulations to Joy McAdamsTeresa Kastle, and Anna Loney who qualified for the big dance this month. 

Suzanne Hurst also won her first 50k, Brian Hetherington had a big Ironman PR in Arizona, Cindy Palinkas broke through the 2 hour barrier with a new half marathon PR, and Amanda Volpe smashed her 1.2 mile swim….after coming to Biscay Coaching and starting proper swim training only 12 weeks prior! Well done, team!

Congratulations are also in order for Alli LaRochelle who was named Assistant Coach of the Navy Women’s Triathlon team! Alli helped coach the team to their first Nationals this month, where they were 9th in the D1 Competition.
