“From as far back as I can remember, I’ve always had this internal drive to be active and competitive every single day. I remember running around the block and timing myself using the digital clock on the microwave just to see if I could beat my previous record.
As I progressed through competitive swimming in high school and into college, it became a way of life. Finding triathlon after college was the perfect segue into a lifelong desire to stay fit and be competitive, and it showed me that it does not have to end after we leave school and in fact, it is never too late to start.
Helping people find this love of daily activity, coupled with creating goals and finding internal or external ways to be competitive, has become a true passion. I love showing that anyone is capable of this life if they really want it.”
