Experience

With over 19 years of experience in the nursing profession, Meghan brings a perspective to endurance coaching that goes far beyond sets and repetitions. Her background in healthcare provides me with a deep, working knowledge of biophysiology and nutrition—understanding how the body responds to stress, how it recovers, and how to fuel for peak performance.

As a lifelong athlete coming from a competitive swimming background and serving as a Masters Swim Coach, Meghan understands the technical nuances of the water and the discipline required to excel in multi-sport disciplines.

Meghan specializes in working with beginner to intermediate athletes who are looking to bridge the gap between “finishing” and “performing.” Having balanced the rigors of a dynamic nursing schedule with elite-level training for nearly two decades, she is uniquely equipped to help you navigate the complexities of training while managing a demanding career and personal life.

Meghan’s coaching mission is simple: To inspire you to have the courage to dream up big goals, create a concrete plan, and truly enjoy the process of exceeding your own expectations.
