Alyssa has over 15 years experience as an endurance sports athlete. She has been coaching since 2013 and has been competing as a professional triathlete since 2014. Alyssa has finished 33 iron-distance races, including 2 finishes at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii and has completed over 50 marathons and ultramarathons.
Alyssa is also the current record holder for the Female Supported Fastest Known Time on Vermont’s Long Trail. In July of 2018 she completed the 273 mile trail in 5 days, 2 hours and 37 minutes.

Alyssa works with dedicated athletes of all abilities who have goals and the willingness to put forth consistent effort to work towards them. That hard work is the root of the program: there is no magic formula!
Alyssa’s athletes range from first time triathletes, to seasoned elites, to ultrarunners. She also enjoys working with athletes looking to be healthy and strong to pursue hiking goals, adventure races, FKTs, and whatever else they can dream up!
