Donna Phelan

“With every athlete I work with, we become a team. We set goals together, and I create individualized programs targeted towards hitting your marks in training, so you achieve the results on race day that you worked towards – and build from there for future races to come.
From planning and understanding the “why” of the process, to injury prevention and management with my background as a physical therapist, I work with you – every step of the way—and engage with you in a personalized one-on-one environment.
To me, every goal is a worthy pursuit. Whether it’s a Kona slot or crossing the finish line, it’s my privilege to help you achieve goals you never thought possible. Hearing from my athletes that they not only met their goals, but achieved a dream is just as rewarding to me as if it were my own achievement. Your goals become my goals. It’s a privilege to be a part of your journey.”
